She has extensive experience in tax planning, both domestic and international, taxation of non-residents, and advising on M&A transactions and restructurings for multinationals and family-owned groups. She has solid experience in due diligence processes, transfer pricing, and tax consolidation.

She has built her professional career in the tax practice of a leading national law firm and at an international consultancy.

She holds a degree in Law, an LL.M. in Taxation, and a Master's in Finance and Markets, and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
